Privacy Policy
Who we are
FELEMAYE LLC ("FELEMAYE", "we", "us") is a spatial design, surface design and procurement studio working between Los Angeles and New York. This policy explains what personal information we collect through felemaye.com, the FELEMAYE Client Suite and our correspondence, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email, phone, project address and the details you share in an inquiry, a trade request or a meeting request.
Client Suite information: account email, access key requests, Design Intent Survey answers, files you upload, comments, approvals, meeting requests and project records such as invoices and selections.
Technical information: basic device and usage data our hosting providers record when you visit (for example IP address, browser type, pages viewed and timestamps), and cookies or local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember simple preferences.
We do not collect payment card numbers on our site. If you pay online, the payment provider processes that information under its own terms.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, prepare proposals and deliver the services you engage us for.
To run the Client Suite: verifying access, sending your credentials and project notices, storing your files and recording decisions.
To keep accurate business, tax and professional records, and to meet legal obligations.
To improve the site and our services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers who host or operate our tools on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations: website hosting (Framer), database and file storage (Supabase), email delivery and automation (Google Workspace, Make), scheduling, embedded media (for example Spotify) and payment processing where used.
Project collaborators you have asked us to coordinate with, such as your engineer, contractor or vendors, limited to what the project requires. Trade pricing and studio terms are never shown to clients.
Authorities or advisers when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months. Project records, contracts and invoices: as long as needed for the project and for legal, tax and professional record-keeping, typically seven years. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to learn what we have collected and why. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA), including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We will verify requests before acting on them.
You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time by replying to us. Project notices tied to active work will continue while the project is open.
To make a request, email privacy@felemaye.com with the subject "Privacy request". You may use an authorized agent.
Security
Client Suite access is protected by individual access keys, and project data is stored with access controls that separate studio-only information from what clients can see. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please keep your access key private and tell us promptly if you think it has been exposed.
Children
Our site and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes affecting Client Suite users will also be sent by email.
